The tea, lunches, and the Welcome Dinner (Monday evening) are included in the registration fee. Please indicate your dietary requirements on the Registration Form.
Note that if you are staying in the hostel residences, Breakfast and Dinner is included, indicate on the registration form if you need Dinners especially Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The Monday dinner will be served at the Welcome Dinner. Those who will attend the Cultural dinner and Gala Dinner will not be provided dinners at the hostels. On Wednesday, dinner will be provided for all in the hostel residences.
